Douglas and Eastern Wyoming
ACTS (Alcohol & Chemical Treatment
Series), a nationally recognized Alcohol
and Substance Abuse program, is coming to New
Life Christian Fellowship in Douglas, starting Friday,
July 23rd at 7pm. This is a free of
charge, bi-weekly course, and has been
extremely successful in helping overcome
addiction to alcohol, narcotics, and nicotine.

The Douglas High School Football Booster Club
is taking orders for Bearcat Paw Prints
to be painted on driveways, sidewalks, etc. They
are $15 and, for that price, you can choose
either 1 large, 2 medium or 3 small paw prints.
We will be painting them the last weekend in
July and the first 2 weekends in August. For

The Converse County
Coalition Against Violence
is looking for volunteers. You can help by being
a volunteer advocate, work in the office, court
watch, be a shelter mentor or help with
fundraising. Training is free. For more

County, AmeriCorps members help victims of
domestic violence and sexual assault. If you are
18 or older and want to help in your community,
earn a stipend and benefits, earn money for
college or to pay back student loans, be

new board members to guide the nonprofit organization
